Extended Warranty Pointers
Warranty coverage period: This extended warranty provides an extra 12 months or 24 months of coverage on the standard warranty of your ULTIMUS.
Steps to activate: After purchasing the Extended Warranty, customer shall receive an email from AVITA within 1 business day. The customer shall then fill in the details of the product purchased. Once the email is reverted, customer shall receive an email regarding confirmation of the extension of warranty.
Email delivery of certificate: AVITA shall issue a warranty certificate in digital format, which will have to be presented during warranty claim along with copy of original purchase invoice.
Warranty Inclusions/Exclusions: This extended warranty covers all the defects and malfunctions that the standard warranty covers. The extended warranty, however, does not cover the battery. This extended warranty covers hardware only. Software, accessories such as connection cables, power cables and CD/DVD are excluded from the warranty.
